Ying and Yang: Yoga for Runners

Preparation.  Just completed this video and my calves feel amazing for the first time in months. I will do yoga! I will do yoga!  She has a pre, post and injury prevention series (notice the ridiculous biceps).  Also yoga for runners app is great option I have used before: Mobile App
